If you are having syncing issues you can find troubleshooting tips by following the steps below.
1. Open the Galvan App
2. Tap More on the bottom left of the screen
3. Under resources, click Help with Syncing
4. Can also try to swipe down on the Wellness Screen to start a manual sync. Manual Syncing is always a good thing to try if automatic syncing is missed or does not occur.
