If the g+ app stays stuck on the loading screen, it usually means your profile isn’t loading correctly. Try the steps below to fix it:
1. Tap on More on the bottom right of your screen
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Log out
3. Log back into the app and this should load everything properly
* This refreshes your profile and normally resolves the issue.
If you don’t see the bottom navigation bar, follow the steps for your device:
iOS(APPLE)
1. Delete the g+ app from your device.
2. Reinstall it from the App Store and log back in.
Android
1. Delete/Uninstall the g+ app
2. Open Google Drive App
3.Tap the Menu icon (three lines in the top left)
4. Tap backups
5. Find the most recent backup that includes apps
6. Tap the 3 dots next to it and choose Delete Backup
* This removes cached data that causes the app to get stuck in a loading loop.
7. Reinstall the g+ app from Google Play and log in again
