If your Garmin exercise isn’t showing up in the g+ app, it usually means the sync between Garmin and g+ needs to be refreshed. Try the following steps:

Check your connection

Make sure your Garmin account is properly linked to the g+ app in your settings.

Open your Garmin Connect app and confirm that your activity is showing there first.

Force a sync

In the g+ app, pull down from the top of the screen to refresh and trigger a new sync.

Wait a few minutes, then check if your exercise appears.

Log out and back in

If the activity still doesn’t sync, log out of the g+ app, then log back in.

Re-link Garmin (if needed)

If none of the above works, go to the g+ app settings, disconnect Garmin, then reconnect it to reauthorize the sync.
