By purchasing a g+ Subscription NFT through the Galvan or Connect shopping cart, you’ll receive the NFT in your Galvan Wallet along with a promo code sent to the email used at checkout. If your code hasn’t arrived yet, please reach out to our team here.
If you do not currently have a g+ subscription:
- Sign up or log into the g+ app.
- Tap on Get g+.
- Prior to submitting your payment details to purchase your g+ subscription, make sure to enter a promo code in the Have a promo code? section and apply the discounted rate.
- You will know the promo code is applied if the price displayed is adjusted.
If you have a g+ subscription on iOS and want to use a promo code for your subscription renewal:
- Go to the Apple App store on your phone.
- Tap on your initials/profile on the top right.
- Tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code.
- Tap on Enter Code Manually and enter a valid Galvan Promo Code.
- Enter the promo code that was sent to the email address used when completing the purchase.
- The code will now display with your discounted g+ subscription, and will be applied when your subscription renews.
If you have a g+ subscription on Android and want to use a promo code for your subscription renewal:
- Go into your g+ app.
- Tap on the More button at the bottom right.
- Under your Profile banner there is an option called Promo Code.
- Enter the promo code that was sent to the email address used when completing the purchase and click Apply.
- You will now see the updated price displayed on the renewal subscription. You will also get a receipt from the Google Play Store about your updated renewal.
